How your information is used
This notice explains what the Schemas in Team Coaching Diagnostic collects, why, who can see it and how long it is kept. Last updated 27 October 2026.
Who is responsible
The diagnostic is provided by MentorsPro LLC, New Jersey, USA, founded by Daniela Aneva. MentorsPro is the controller of the information you submit. You can reach us at info@mentorspro.co; from Europe you can also write to info@danielaaneva.com.
What we collect
Your first and last name, email address, organisation, the name and size of the team you assess, your relationship to that team, a team code if you were given one, your answers to the 30 statements, the scores calculated from them, and the choices you make about consent. Please don't include confidential or sensitive details about other people in the team name or organisation fields.
While you answer, your progress is kept in your own browser so you can return to it. It is cleared when you submit, and expires after seven days if you don't.
Why we use it
We use your information to calculate and show your report, email you a private link to it, combine anonymous team results when you take part with a team code, keep the service secure, and respond if you contact us. We rely on your request for the report and on our legitimate interest in running and improving the diagnostic. If you tick the optional box, we also send occasional emails about team coaching resources and events, which you can stop at any time with the link in any email or by writing to us.
Results are for reflection and development. They are not a psychological or clinical assessment, and they must not be used to make decisions about anyone's employment, pay or similar matters.
Who can see your results
Your individual report can be opened by anyone who has its private link, so please treat that link like a password. Daniela Aneva and authorised MentorsPro staff can see individual responses in order to run the service and offer debriefs.
When you take part with a team code, other team members, your leader and the sponsor never see your individual answers. The team report shows only combined results, and it opens only after at least three people have responded.
Service providers
The diagnostic is hosted by Netlify, which also stores responses. Report emails are sent through Resend. Contact details may be passed through Zapier into our HubSpot account so we can follow up on debrief requests and, where you agreed, send updates. These providers process data on our behalf, mainly in the United States. Where information from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom is transferred, we rely on the providers' standard contractual clauses or their certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
Responses and their report links are deleted automatically 12 months after submission. Exports that we download are deleted on the same schedule. You can ask us to delete your response sooner at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or receive a copy. Write to info@mentorspro.co and we will respond within one month. If you are in the EEA or UK and are unhappy with our response, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
Security and changes
The site uses HTTPS, long random report links that can be withdrawn, and a protected owner console. No online service can promise complete security. If we make material changes to this notice we will update the date above.
